Marketing Strategy and Planning

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Atlas Systems business goals and objectives.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to refine and enhance marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and pursue new growth opportunities in target industries.

Brand Development and Positioning

• Strengthen Atlas Systems brand identity by positioning our services as leading solutions in GRC, Technology, Procurement, Healthcare Provider, and Oracle.
• Manage brand messaging across all marketing channels to ensure consistency and alignment with the company s mission and values.

Content Creation and Management

• Oversee the development of high-quality, engaging content, including blogs, case studies, white papers, and social media posts.
• Ensure content is tailored to key industry verticals and resonates with target audiences.

Digital Marketing and Campaign Management

• Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance, optimize digital strategies, and report on key metrics to demonstrate ROI.

Event Marketing and Industry Engagement

• Plan and coordinate industry events, webinars, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Build relationships with industry influencers, partners, and vendors to amplify our reach and influence in key markets.

Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization

• Drive lead generation initiatives and manage the lead funnel to ensure a strong pipeline of opportunities for the sales team.
• Work closely with sales to develop campaigns that target specific client needs and improve conversion rates.

Team Leadership and Development

• Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and performance excellence.
• Set team objectives, monitor progress, and support career growth through training and development initiatives.

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the software or IT services industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and campaign management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools to measure and optimize performance.
• Familiarity with the GRC, Technology, Procurement, Healthcare, or Oracle sectors is a plus.
• Proven experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
