Data Analyst

Role & responsibilities:

1. Responsible for accurate collection and managing large datasets from various sources covering but not limited to the branch offices, clients, port etc; for analysis.
2. Responsible for conducting an in-dept analysis of the data as per the business processes.
3. Responsible for creating and managing detailed reports and interactive dashboards, graphs using Excel, Power BI to provide insights to the business stakeholders for taking vital decisions.
4. Responsible for prioritizing business and information needs in collaboration with the Management.
5. Responsible for communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders using data visualization tools.
6. Responsible to work with cross-functional teams like marketing, tender, operations etc. to ensure alignment on data-driven decisions and provide recommendations for business optimization.
7. raining end-users in other departments on new reports and dashboards.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Candidate should be a minimum graduate in any filed.
2. Candidate should possess good communication skills (both verbal and written).
3. Candidate should have an in-dept knowledge and proficiency in advance functions like - Pivot table, Array, Query, V-lookup, H-lookup, Mail merge, import range other advance functions in Excel and Google sheets.
4. Candidate should possess strong skills in data analysis and data validation.
