Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist (Amazon Marketing Focus)
Location: New Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Amazon Marketplace Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account, ensuring product listings are optimized and updated to drive visibility, conversion, and sales.
Amazon Advertising (PPC): Plan, execute, and manage Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display). Monitor ad performance, optimize bids, and use data to drive continuous improvement in ROAS.
SEO and Listing Optimization: Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings on Amazon. Optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and back-end search terms for better discoverability.
Inventory and Forecasting: Collaborate with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure optimal stock levels, monitor inventory health, and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.
Amazon Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse key performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, traffic, etc.). Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Competitor Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and opportunities for growth.
Brand Storefront Management: Manage and enhance the Amazon Brand Store to showcase products effectively and drive brand awareness.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and optimizing advertising performance.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with Amazon advertising platforms, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights. Experience with Amazon's reporting tools (Business Reports, Brand Analytics).
SEO & Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization best practices. Knowledge of off-Amazon marketing strategies (Google Ads, social media) is a bonus.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and present performance reports effectively.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing product listings, ensuring accuracy in all content, images, and data.
