Overview:

This role is positioned within the Global Human Resources function at AtkinsRealis. The PO analytics function is primarily responsible for driving organizational transformation using data. This role requires the incumbent to apply interdisciplinary skills and knowledge, including human resources, statistics, corporate finance, and social sciences, to solve business and people challenges. This role is pivotal in leveraging data for, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 years of experience in human capital research and benchmarking or a related field, and no more than 6 years of total experience.
