We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Hybris Solution Architect to lead and manage the design and implementation of SAP Hybris solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP Hybris and a proven track record of delivering successful projects in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of SAP Hybris solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient SAP Hybris solutions.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP Hybris projects, from initial planning through to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, system integration, and customization within the SAP Hybris platform.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions, including coding, testing, and debugging.
• Ensure high levels of system performance, reliability, and security throughout the lifecycle of SAP Hybris implementations.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP Hybris developments and technologies to continually enhance solution offerings.
• Mentor and support junior team members and foster a collaborative and innovative working environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a SAP Hybris Solution Architect with a strong portfolio of successful implementations.
• Deep understanding of SAP Hybris Commerce, including core modules, integrations, and customizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and innovatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Hybris Commerce) are highly desirable.
