Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care services to patients undergoing ophthalmic surgeries and OPD consultations.
  
• Ensure smooth functioning of OT and OPD departments by coordinating with doctors, nurses, and other staff members.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient data, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.
  
• Develop strong relationships with patients and their families to ensure a comfortable environment during hospitalization.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience as a Staff Nurse or equivalent role in an OT setting (preferably).
  
• B.Sc Nursing degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols related to surgical procedures.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
