Senior BI Analyst

Youll be our Senior BI Analyst. Youll be based at IBC Knowledge Park, Bangalore. Youll be Aligned with Business Intelligence Lead. Youll be A member of Insights Analytics Team. What youll do at Ather. Our business journey captures a wealth of information at different touchpoints with the vehicle and customer during production, sales, marketing, and vehicle ownership.

On the customer front, not only is there data captured through online touchpoints like the website, email marketing, digital marketing, app interactions, and social engagements, but we also accumulate data through physical touchpoints like the experience center, call interactions, vehicle service interactions, or events.

We want someone who can be a part of the brands journey and find questions that all this data can answer. A data explorer and an analyst who owns the entire journey from deciding the structure of the experiments to culling out insights and recommending business actions.

Storytelling Present recommendations and insights of various analyses to key stakeholders in the most compelling manner to influence decision-making. Present summarized Insights Analytics findings and updates with functional heads. Visualization Design Dashboards and Reports that are insightful and intuitive for the end-users.

Collaboration Work with cross-functional teams, multiple systems, and data engineering teams to participate actively in discussions involving dashboards, data decisions, deploying reporting systems, and optimal ways of utilizing the key metrics to identify improvement opportunities, etc for the organization.

Defining objectives meeting timelines Estimate completion timelines accurately (based on complexity and prioritization of all individual tasks) for all tasks assigned by the respective function/team.

Communicate frequent updates or roadblocks and ensure completion as per the estimated timelines. Plan analytics or automation projects to support the long-term requirements of the functions and teams supported by the insights analytics team.

Data Querying Modeling Model data in order to create reporting infrastructure and dashboards for business process management and data mining. These will be moderateto advanced-level complexity data models.

Reporting Ops Prepare reports at regular and defined cadences, as well as conduct ad-hoc data mining and analysis to drive managerial decisions and focused improvement efforts.

Data analysis Deep-dive various data sources for analysis, root causes, and uncover new patterns to answer key business questions for all functions within Ather, including (but not limited to) business, production, finance, and HR, through strong collaboration across the organization.

Process adherence Establish and adhere to processes which are consistent with overall organization objectives and maintain process documentation. Heres what we are looking for.

Advanced-level quantitative analytical skills, including statistical techniques for Clustering analysis, Financial data modeling, forecasting, etc through the use of R or Python, will be preferred.

Managing stakeholder relationships, including advising them on how best to use data and analytics to support their role and prioritizing tasks on the basis of business criticality. Excellent communication and storytelling skills (both written and verbal).

Strong working knowledge on BI tools like Qlik, Tableau or Power BI. Data querying skills using SQL, Python or working knowledge of Metabase will be essential.

Strong business acumen and a sound understanding of automotive manufacturing business process will be very helpful.

Ability to deliver strong results, embrace the dynamic nature of work, be receptive to feedback and explore new possibilities with data and technology.

You bring to Ather. A masters / bachelors in Mathematics / Statistics / Engineering / Data Science/Business. 58 years of working experience in the data analytics field in a data-driven company or function.
