Oracle EPM Consultant - EDMCS/FCCS Modules (5-15 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EPM Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions and a proven track record of successful implementations.

You will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients, leveraging your expertise in at least two or three of the following EPM Cloud modules : EDMCS, FCCS, EPBCS, CAPEX Planning, PCMCS, ARCS, and AI.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and/or support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions for our clients.

- Elicit and document client business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.

- Design and configure EPM Cloud applications to meet client needs, utilizing your expertise in the relevant modules.

- Develop and test EPM Cloud components, including data integrations, calculations, reports, and dashboards.

- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of EPM Cloud applications.

- Contribute to project planning, execution, and tracking, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and providing expert guidance.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle EPM Cloud features and best practices.

- Explore and evaluate new technologies and approaches, including AI and predictive analytics, to enhance our EPM solutions.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 5 + years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle EPM solutions.

Hands-on experience with at least two or three of the following EPM Cloud modules :

- EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service) FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service) EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service)

- AOP, Revenue, OPEX, Internal and External Reporting CAPEX Planning PCMCS (Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service) ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) AI

- Predictive Analytics & Reporting using AI Models, including GPT creation using LLMs.

- Strong understanding of financial processes and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud integrations. Knowledge of other EPM technologies (e.g., Hyperion). Experience in a consulting environment. / Hi team, the experience is 5-12 years.
