Store Incharge required For Power & Steel unit at Dhenkanal, Odisha.

Role & responsibilities

1. Materials inspection.

2. Preparation of daily arrival cum inspection report.

3. Preparation of G.R.N.

4. Tagging & Binning of incoming materials.

5. Getting approval from user.

6. Preparation of Short & Excess memo and Rejection memo.

7. Tagging & Binning of rejected materials.

8. Maintain record for rejected material and follow-up with purchaser for return rejected material.

9. Invoice, e-waybill verification, etc.

10. Materials issue to Department.

11. Consignment stock reconciliation

12. Preparation of daily, monthly, annually receive and consumption base reports.

13. Maintaining & tracking various type consumption reports Department wise.

14. Follow up of Non Movable stocks.

15. Physical verification of Materials half yearly

16.Maintain Minimum- Maximum level of consumables / spares.

17.Quarterly review & presentation to management of Slow Moving / Non-Moving Track.

18.Follow up for selling of scrap materials.

19.Collection all relevant document form vendor for hazardous materials, e-waste etc. and maintain it in compliance tracker tools.

20.Execute materials in-wards/out-wards through Gate passes like- Returnable & Non-Returnable etc.

21.Maintaining location wise stock in system (ZOHO).

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with Diploma in Material Management having min. of 5years of experience in any manufacturing unit and must be in managing central store.
