Atgeir Solutions is a fast-growing IT consulting company specializing in Advanced Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, AI/ML, and Generative AI. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Professional to help attract and hire top talent while ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you will play a key role in supporting the hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing the candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process aligns with the company s talent needs.

• Talent Sourcing Screening:
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines for critical roles.
• Interview Coordination Hiring Process:
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Ensure a smooth interview experience by communicating expectations and next steps.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring teams to gather feedback.
• Candidate Engagement Employer Branding:
• Engage with potential candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, including job postings, recruitment campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Recruitment Operations Compliance:
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and industry best practices.
• Prepare hiring reports and recruitment analytics.

• 2-3 years of experience in IT/Tech recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment best practices.
• A proactive approach to talent acquisition with a focus on delivering results.
