Responsibilities:
- Understand the team requirements and translate those into a job description.
- Conduct all stages of the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
- Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and platforms, job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify high-quality candidates.
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Facilitate structured interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure consistency in the selection process.
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to proactively address current and future talent needs.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
General Requirements:
- Ability to take direction and work independently.
- Interpersonal skills to enable working in a diverse and dynamic team.
- Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
- Writing and delivering technical documents and briefings.
- Verbal and written communications skills as well as organizational skills.
- Travel occasionally as necessary.
