Service/Site Engineer - WWTP/ETP - Mumbai and North Location.

Position (ROLE): Site Engineer

Location: Mumbai and North Zone

Business Area / Department: Industrial Wastewater

Business group/ function: A.T.E. HUBER Envirotech Private Limited (AHET)

Educational qualifications: D.M.E/B.E - Mechanical/Chemical/Electrical

Experience: Minimum 4 to 10 years

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee erection and installation activities (Mechanical & Electrical) related to water and wastewater treatment, recycling, and ZLD systems.
2. Possess process knowledge of biological treatment, UF/RO, and MEE/MVR plants.
3. Manage installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting tasks effectively.
4. Organize training programs for engineers on installation, commissioning, safety, and other technical aspects.
5. Be system-oriented with proficiency in ERP for seamless project management.
6. Handle the service team and coordinate with local contractors for efficient execution of plant activities at the site.
7. Adhere to essential employee responsibilities such as target setting, appraisals, attendance, and financial discipline.
8. Be prepared to travel PAN India or internationally for site activities if required.

Skills Required:

• Strong technical knowledge in water and wastewater treatment processes.
• Hands-on experience in installation and commissioning of related systems.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and ISO protocols.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Risk assessment and safety compliance capabilities.
• Ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively.
• Flexibility to travel extensively as per project requirements.
