Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain OBRM and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
• Lead OBRM Development and provide solutions for complex business scenarios
• Perform Project management activities and co-ordinate with partners for day-to-day operations and change management
• End-to-end project lifecycle management for organizational initiatives including new requirements, migration and upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field strongly preferred.
• 7+ years of experience as a BRM developer with 3+ Years in lead role.
• Experience with migration of BRM from legacy applications
• Experience in Upgrade of BRM from 7.5 to 12
• Experience in BRM Patch-set application
• Knowledge in Telecom Tower Infrastructure domain is a plus
• Good knowledge of Oracle SQL with experience in developing reports
• Anticipated potential technology issues and solved difficult technology-related challenges with only occasional need for assistance from others
• Demonstrated understanding of the business case and addressed the trade-offs between business requirements, cost, and performance
• Experience in team management, communication, and presentation.
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
