Digital Marketing Head

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing efforts for a fast-growing company. The successful candidate will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing channels, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and impactful digital strategies that align with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and conversion across multiple channels (including search engines, social media, email, and display advertising).
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns and ensure ongoing optimization to meet targets.

2. Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing specialists across various functions such as SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, CRM, and email marketing.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team.

3. Performance Marketing:

• Drive paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with a focus on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and Cost per Acquisition (CPA).
• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize spending and improve ROI.

4. SEO & Content:

• Oversee on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and is optimized for SEO.

5. Customer Journey & User Experience:

• Work with UX/UI teams to ensure the customer journey is optimized for engagement and conversion.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, CTAs, and funnels to maximize conversions.

6. Data & Analytics:

• Use data-driven insights to monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and make informed decisions.
• Report regularly on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to senior leadership.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and CRM systems for in-depth analysis.

7. Email & CRM Marketing:

• Oversee email marketing strategies to improve customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with the CRM team to create targeted email campaigns, segment audiences, and ensure personalization.

8. Social Media & Influencer Marketing:

• Develop and execute a strong social media strategy to build brand awareness and engagement.
• Work with influencers and affiliates to drive additional traffic and brand credibility.

9. Budget Management:

• Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated to high-impact initiatives.
• Forecast, track, and manage budgets to ensure marketing spend is within limits and achieving maximum ROI.

10. Innovation & Trends:

• Stay ahead of industry trends, exploring new platforms, tools, and marketing innovations.
• Continuously explore opportunities to use new marketing techniques such as personalization, automation, and AI-driven tools to stay ahead of competitors.

• Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role in a B2C eCommerce environment.
• Proven track record of scaling eCommerce brands through successful digital marketing strategies.
• Expertise in running paid campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram), SEO, email marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and automation tools.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to use data for decision-making.
• Leadership Skills:
• Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative & Strategic Thinking:
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, connecting the dots between business goals and digital marketing efforts.
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
