Job Title: Lead Consultant - Agile Coach

Introduction to role
The Agile Center of Enablement is a small group of enthusiastic Agilists in IT, responsible for enabling and uplifting the Agile capabilities and mindset in AstraZeneca through training, coaching, process simplifications, and provisioning of appropriate tools. As a member of the AstraZeneca Agile Center of Enablement, the Agile DevOps Coach will work with Delivery Teams, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, AZ IT leaders, and business collaborators to assist with the ongoing deployment of DevOps culture and Agile Technical practices across AstraZeneca. The Agile DevOps Coach may provide hands-on support to Agile teams and employees at times while also collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles in the organization to create the requisite environment. The individual will work with collaborators to drive improvements in agile and engineering maturity and work with teams to advance technical practices.
