Accountabilities
Lead and manage initiatives to optimize and streamline business processes across the organization, with a focus on IT business process management.
Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and drive innovative solutions.
Develop and implement business process improvement strategies in line with organizational goals and objectives.
Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements.
Be responsible for the execution of IT process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs.
Utilize data-driven methodologies to measure process governance, performance, and impact.
Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on the process improvement initiatives and outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends and standard methodologies in process excellence and incorporate relevant insights into daily work routines.
Proven experience in business process improvement and IT business process management.
Strong analytical skills and experience utilizing data to drive decision-making.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen, with application in IT.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage team members at all levels, particularly within IT.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work hands-on with IT teams to implement changes and get results.
Desirable Skills/Experience
Experience in a senior management role within a process excellence or operational excellence function.
Familiarity with process management tools and software such as BIC, Nimbus, etc.
Experience with change management practices and principles.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
