Join AstraZeneca s Enabling Units IT - Learning & HR IT GITC Chennai team as a Senior Consultant - Learning IT Analyst. In this role, you will act as a System Administrator for our Global Learning Applications, supporting end users worldwide with quality and timely service. You will engage in various support activities including Incident and Request resolution, Service Introduction, and Service Maintenance. Collaborate with internal and external experts to design and develop learning solutions, and interact with Senior Leaders to ensure the effective functionality of our learning tools.
Accountabilities
As a Senior Consultant - Learning IT Analyst, you will be part of a global cross-functional team, working under minimal supervision. You will act as a technology Subject Matter Expert on complex global projects, ensuring the correct functionality, configuration, and documentation of Global Learning Tools. Partner with global stakeholders to enhance organizational capabilities, reinforce processes, and ensure regulatory compliance. Conduct Business Process Analysis, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning tools. Ensure learning solutions are assigned and tracked in the Learning Management System (LMS) where appropriate. Provide input on system configuration, business processes, good practices, and ways of working to support System Administrators.
Essential Skills/Experience
Minimum of 5 years implementing, configuring and maintaining Learning Management Systems within biotech, pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated industries.
Experience working within validated system environments.
Understanding of GxP and SOX regulations and processes.
Understanding of eLearning communication protocols (e.g. SCORM, xAPI, AICC), and their interaction with Learning Management Systems.
Familiar with continuous improvement processes (e.g. Lean).
Desirable Skills/Experience
Experience of incident management and ability to perform effective Problem management/troubleshooting.
Cornerstone - SABA cloud experience
Highly skilled in Learning Management Systems configuration and management.
Excellent English written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience working with API and Endpoints (e.g. Mulesoft).
Highly skilled in Project Management.
Highly skilled in time management and organizational skills.
Skilled in Vendor Management.
Proven customer-oriented focus and customer service skills.
