Introduction to role

Become part of our energetic Operations Data Office team, where youll be instrumental in developing and implementing improved data management practices vital to our Ops 2025 and Ops 2030 strategic plans. In the role of Senior Analyst, you will be the business point of contact; with experience in delivering day-to-day technical support, providing detailed analysis, diagnosis and resolution on technical issues and improvement opportunities, in partnership with IT, across the Operations Data landscape. You will be involved in the evolution of automation of business processes leveraging sustainable AI capabilities, evaluating business processes, anticipating AI requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and sustaining day-to-day operational activities.
