Job Description
- Act as a key team member to lead the execution of the organization, verification, storage, and cataloguing of digital assets in the Content Centre (CC) DAM platform (currently using Veeva Vault), for viewing, download, localization, and reuse by AZ local markets.
- Partner with global and regional content delivery managers and other team members to coordinate the content in CC to meet collaborator expectations and ongoing evolution of the processes, ensuring only relevant content is maintained in the portal.
- Partner with global and regional content delivery managers and other team members to provision new portals or update existing portals as required.
- Ensure high quality and consistency of digital assets within the CC platform, including governance of taxonomy, metadata, and other standards, aligned with regulatory guidelines.
- Help to maintain documentation clear SOPs, with ongoing monitoring for optimization and automation opportunities.
- Provide support to users who need access to digital assets, including training on CC systems and troubleshooting issues.
- Stay current on features and updates in the CC platform and actively suggest improvements and future enhancements, aligned to team member inputs and overall content reuse strategy.
- 3+ years of work experience in operations, with direct experience in content management, content workflows, and digital asset management (DAM), or similar
- Very strong project management skills, with expertise in handling multiple projects concurrently while keeping leaders and team members appropriately advised
- Ability to influence without authority and drive adoption/compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and tailor communications based on the audience
- Experience with Veeva Vault
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Familiarity with platforms (JIRA Premium, Smartsheet)
- Bachelor s degree or higher
- Experience in driving continuous process improvements and process automations
- Experience in working with team members in multiple geographies
