The Axial Programme will be powered by S/4HANA a new ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system which will be implemented right across the organisation and will provide our business with standardised processes, enhanced financial management, common data and real time reporting, transforming the way we work through our entire supply chain - from bench to patient.

The new system will be used by more than 20,000 employees daily, is foundational to all AZ entities and is central to most core business processes. This is a once in a generation programme for AstraZeneca and will shape our ways of working globally for many years to come.

Youll foster collaboration, drive engagement, and create resources to connect users, share insights, and enhance SAP analytics adoption. With a focus on building a vibrant, innovative community, youll play a key role in delivering business value through knowledge sharing and stakeholder collaboration across AstraZeneca.

We are seeking a Community Manager to lead and grow our SAP Analytics Community . This role is responsible for building an engaged, collaborative, and innovative community of SAP analytics users, ensuring that members can share knowledge, best practices, and insights effectively. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in community management, excellent communication skills; and a strong understanding of SAP analytics tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) , SAP Datasphere , and related platforms is desirable.

As the Community Manager, you will foster a culture of learning and collaboration, create valuable resources, and ensure the community becomes a key enabler for driving business value through SAP analytics. You will connect people from across AstraZeneca to each other, and connect them into the teams delivering the SAP analytics platform.
