Manager - Production Planning & Control - Manufacturing Industry (7-8 yrs)

1. Synchronizing CNC; VMC; Grinding & Heat Treatment production with ERP.

2. Ensuring optimum production time and cost

3. Adept in Sourcing vendors / suppliers

4. Preparing production schedules on monthly, weekly, daily and hourly basis.

5. Coordinating between Sales, Production and Purchase & other Departments for execution of production plan

6. Coordinating the material availability, machine time and manpower resource for achieving efficient and profitable plant operations

7. Participating in periodic review and updating of production budget on the basis of Sales feedback and revised sales projections and information on raw material availability and prices

8. Monitoring inventory levels both volume and value to ensure that there is no stock run out or mismanagement of materials

9. Continually reviews the systems and methods to achieve good manufacturing practices, work simplification, cost improvement, better coordination and service

10. Ensuring the availability of material by working interface between store & production department

11. Minimizing performance bottlenecks for high productivity with maximization of men, material & machine along with resource allocation and machine loading for optimum output

12. Identify the critical operation and make the same simple, fool- proof & increase productivity

13. To look after the floor operation of PPC

14. OEE achieving as per the manufacturing target

15. Monitoring team

Qualifications& allied requirements:

- Graduate / Diploma in Industrial Engg / Production Engg / Mechanical Engg

- Good Techno-Commercial acumen

- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
