Assistant Manager (RF & Microwave Testing)

6Role & responsibilities

1. Hands on experience on testing the products up to 40Ghz.
2. Strong understanding of RF and microwave Products testing and analyzing the failures.
3. Should be responsible in understanding and analyzing the schematics.

4. Experience with RF and microwave testing equipment such as spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and network analyzers.

5. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and effectively.

6. Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring projects are completed within scope and quality standards.

7. Maintain records for AS9100, ESD2020 and customer surveillance audits and implementing necessary procedures.

8. Involving in activities related to OJT, providing technical guidance to team, review, and work along with team.

Preferred candidate profile

1. B.Tech (ECE) with 6-8 Years of experience in relevant field.

2. Good communication skills.

3. Managerial skills.
