Job Description

1. Recruitment:
  • Track key recruiting metrics like cost-per-hire and source of hire.
  • Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interviews.
2. Onboarding Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and training schedules.
  • Conduct initial orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, roles, and team structures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure workspace, and other logistical arrangements are ready for new joiners.
3. Exit Process Responsibilities:
  • Manage the employee exit process, ensuring all exit documentation and clearance procedures are completed accurately.
  • Coordinate with Head Office for full and final settlement to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees.
  • Ensure retrieval and safekeeping of company assets, like laptops, email id, ID card, and other materials.
4. Employee Records and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Prepare and process HR-related documentation such as employment Show-cause notice.
  • Assist in tracking and managing employee data, such as attendance, leave balance records.
  • Assist in monthly payroll inputs like sharing accurate attendance, Leave details, unauthorized leave, Overtime details etc.
5. Employee Relations:
  • Address general employee queries and concerns, escalating to Head Office when necessary.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a positive work environment through employee engagement activities.
6. Compliance and Policies:
  • Assist in ensuring company policies and procedures are communicated and followed consistently.
  • Support in maintaining compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations (PF/ESI/Bonus/Gratuity/Annual and Half yearly returns/License renewal etc.)
7. General Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, contributing to policy and process improvements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information and data.


Your profile
  • 3 6 Years work experience as an HR Generalist;
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing and evaluating candidates;
  • Good understanding of state wise labor legislations;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Hands on experience of Employee Lifecycle Management;
  • Ability to work both in a team and individually;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Qualification: Any Graduate Post graduate MBA or similar.
