Trainee Pediatrician

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:
Assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of medical conditions affecting infants, children, and adolescents.
Participate in patient rounds under the supervision of senior pediatricians, discussing diagnosis, treatment plans, and progress.
Provide care for pediatric patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Take patient histories, perform physical examinations, and assist in developing treatment plans.
Monitor the growth, development, and nutritional status of pediatric patients, and offer guidance to parents or caregivers.

Medical Procedures and Diagnostics:
Perform routine medical procedures (e.g., administering vaccinations, drawing blood, etc.) under supervision.
Assist in diagnostic tests and laboratory work to assess the health of pediatric patients.
Interpret diagnostic results, including blood tests, imaging, and other assessments.
Document patient care, medical findings, and treatment progress in patient records.
