We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Officer for our Telemedicine team. The ideal candidate will provide medical consultations and guidance to patients via virtual platforms, ensuring high-quality care while adapting to telemedicine technologies. Key Responsibilities

1. Telemedicine Consultations :

   • Provide remote consultations to patients via video calls, chats, and other digital platforms.
   • Assess patient conditions, offer diagnoses, and recommend treatment plans based on virtual consultations.
   • Prescribe medications, order tests, and make referrals as necessary, following standard medical protocols.

2. Patient Education and Guidance :

   • Educate patients on medical conditions, treatment options, and healthy lifestyle choices.
   • Address patient queries and concerns promptly during telemedicine consultations.

3. Documentation and Record-Keeping :

   • Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely medical records of all consultations and patient interactions.
   • Follow-up with patients when necessary and ensure continuity of care through proper documentation.

4. Collaboration and Consultation :

   • Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the telemedicine platform to provide comprehensive care.
   • Participate in case discussions with specialists when required.

5. Telemedicine Platform Management :

   • Stay up-to-date with telemedicine technology and software to ensure smooth consultations.
   • Troubleshoot basic technical issues to maintain the quality of service during patient interactions.

6. Compliance and Confidentiality :

   • Ensure that all telemedicine services are compliant with medical regulations, data privacy, and confidentiality standards.
   • Follow guidelines for ethical and legal practice within telemedicine consultations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education : Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Licensing : Valid medical license to practice in India.
• Experience :
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably with experience in telemedicine.
  • Experience in providing virtual consultations or remote care is highly desirable.
• Skills :
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and recommend treatment effectively through virtual consultations.
  • Proficiency with telemedicine software and platforms.
  • Knowledge of relevant medical ethics, standards, and guidelines.
