Assistant General Manager- DCEP

Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the Digital Customer Experience Platform (DCEP), ensuring smooth, efficient, and uninterrupted customer interactions across digital channels. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, marketing, product, and customer service) to align the platform with business goals and customer needs. Strategy Development: Assist in developing and executing digital customer experience strategies, aiming to improve customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Support the General Manager in setting the strategic direction for digital customer engagement, including exploring new technologies, features, and tools that can enhance the platform. Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate teams responsible for the platform's development, design, and customer support. Provide coaching and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and skills to deliver a high-quality digital experience.
