Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Management of Nursing Staff: Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of nursing staff, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and resources to deliver exceptional care. Supervise and support nursing teams, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. Set clear expectations, evaluate performance, and conduct performance reviews for nursing staff. Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet patient care needs and regulatory requirements. Quality of Care and Patient Safety: Ensure that nursing practices and patient care protocols adhere to organizational standards, regulatory guidelines, and best practices. Monitor and evaluate patient care outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction. Respond to and manage patient complaints or concerns related to nursing services.
