Key Responsibilities : Financial Planning : Assist in the development and preparation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Collaborate with department heads to gather relevant data for budgeting. Budget Management : Participate in the creation and monitoring of departmental budgets. Analyze budget variances and provide explanations to management. Financial Analysis : Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making. Provide insights into trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Performance Reporting : Prepare and present regular financial reports to management.
