Senior Executive Finance & Accounts

Key Qualifications

• Education:
• Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent accounting/finance certification.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience:
• 1-4 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), accounting, or related fields.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and PowerPoint.
• Experiene with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Exposure to industry-specific financial challenges (e.g Healthcare).
