Executive Finance & Accounts

Role Responsibilities:

• Candidate should maintain proper record of the contracts.
• Liaisoning with HR and other teams to get necessary data.
• Extract revenue reports & material cost reports from system and reconcile with MIS to prepare final revenue data for the purpose of calculating incentives.
• Calculating &finalizing revenue sharing” as per the contracts and releasing payments on time.
• Calculation and payment of “referral commission” as per contracts.
• Proper maintaining of all the workings.
• Resolving queries from contracting parties.
• In time delivery of the reports.
• Preparing reconciliations and audit schedules as per deadlines.
• Posting accounting entries for the above work.
• Based on Payroll data, prepare employee cost files for management reporting.
• Betterment of existing processes related to above work.
• Assist AM Finance with Management reporting.
