IT Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software components across the IT infrastructure.

2. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise, under the guidance of senior IT staff.

3. Provide technical support to end-users, addressing hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

4. Assist in managing and maintaining servers, including backups, updates, and security patches.

5. Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of solutions.

6. Document processes, procedures, and configurations to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.

7. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends and contribute ideas for improving IT infrastructure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Basic understanding of IT concepts, including networking, hardware, and software systems.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

6. Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to tasks and projects.

7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
