Role And Responsibilities
As a Corporate Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that enhance the company's reputation, strengthen its brand, and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Your role will involve a combination of strategic planning, content creation, and relationship management
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Communication Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives
Identify key messages and ensure consistent communication across various channels
Media Relations
Build and maintain positive relationships with media houses / channels
Draft press releases, statements, and other media materials
Manage media inquiries and coordinate interviews
Internal Communication
Develop and execute internal communication strategies to effectively engage with and keep employees informed of what is happening around them
Ensure consistent messaging across all internal communication channels
Brand Management
Build brand guidelines and ensure implementation
Safeguard and enhance the company's brand image through effective communication
Ensure brand consistency in all external and internal communications
Crisis Communication
Develop crisis communication plans and be the point of contact during crises
Coordinate with leadership to manage communication during sensitive situations
Content Creation
Write and edit content for various platforms, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media
Ensure all content aligns with the company's messaging and brand guidelines
Social Media Management
Oversee the company's social media presence
Develop and implement social media strategies to engage and expand the online community
Event Management
Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, and other public relations activities

Experience in building and maintaining relationships with journalists and media outlets

Qualifications / Experience
8-10 years of experience working as a Corporate Marketing and Communications Manager in a Hi-Tech / A&D Industry, preferably part of a growth story
Bachelors degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
A masters degree is a plus
Proven experience in corporate communications or a related field
Strong portfolio showcasing successful communication campaigns and materials
Familiarity with industry trends and best practices
Proficiency in Office and communication software/tools
