Job Description
The Service Experience Lead is responsible to ensure achievement of operational SLA’s
Manage Service partners from Claims handling point of view
Work in close coordination with Client and vendors to achieve SLAs
Ensure Logistics, Visit & Repair SLA’s met
Manage a team of Ops executives who work closely with service partners
Liaising with contact center, Service Managers to share the updates
Escalation management
Responsible to maintain reports required to analysis service level of designated territory and vendors
Work proactively to ensure the service partners are in place and work as per company requirements
