Assistant Manager Marketing

Job Description:

You will be responsible for driving growth in New Customer Acquisition, Customer Upsell & Retention for Busy by creating product & brand awareness among its channel partners, resellers and customers. It would involve planning & execution of marketing campaigns, including developing creatives & communication and promotional marketing material for partners & customers. You are result-driven and excited about growing the market share of Busy Accounting Software alongside a fast-growing team

• Responsible for growth in New Customer Acquisition, Customer Upsell & Retention by increasing awareness for our products & brand
• Strong hold on creating & implementing marketing campaigns which includes developing creatives & communication and promotional marketing material for partners & customers
• Manage and maintain brand standards across all channels, including website, social media, email and advertising
• Assist teams responsible for email and performance marketing with creatives and communication for effective campaigns
• Develop and execute content marketing projects that drive engagement with our target audience
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies
• Monitor and report on brand health metrics, including awareness, consideration, and advocacy

Skill Sets / Requirements:

• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Experience in creating & implementing campaign including creatives & communication
• Good understanding of brand metrics, analytics
• Ability to build & manage relationships with agencies & vendors
• High achievement orientation.
