Preparing inter-unit reconciliation statements to reconcile cash and bank balances, involving active coordination with bank authorities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Monitoring order processing and credit clearance in line with the companys credit policy; thoroughly reviewing vouchers before payment in accordance with company procedures.
Taxation & Auditing
Developing tax plans and ensuring the timely assessment and filing of direct and indirect tax returns, including TDS, in compliance with relevant statutory regulations such as the Income Tax Act, GST, and the Companies Act.
Conducting annual audits and assessing internal control systems and procedures to identify deficiencies, followed by the implementation of necessary improvements.
Coordinating internal, statutory, and tax audits, evaluating internal control systems and procedures to pinpoint shortcomings, and executing corrective actions as needed.
