We are looking for a Trainee to support our Reporting function, who will contribute to the businesss success by handling international accounts. The incumbent is expected to be a selfstarter, who can work with minimal supervision, and will be working in a dynamic, fastpaced environment

Role Description And Responsibility Overview. Bookkeeping purchase ledger and sales ledger posting. Bank posting and reconciliation, Month end close and reports of business unit as per set deadlines. Sales invoice raising

Payments preparation and obtaining approval for payments

Email monitoring overseeing communications received from clients and team members.

IT Systems requirements. Xero, Sage, Quickbooks. Candidate profile. ACCA Student or MBA/Business Graduate with Finance Background. Proficiency in English communication. Communicates clearly and concisely Focused on internal and external client needs Calm and focused under pressure Delivers on commitments with a sense of urgency Works with the utmost integrity, does the right thing Structured thinker, anticipates and solves problems Builds positive working relationships with energy.
