Job opening For Manager - US Voice process (US -Collections)

Job responsibilities

• Hands on experience in Training, Coaching & Mentoring the team members
• Develop new strategy for the team, which will help the team to reach its goal and ensure zero percent delinquency.
• Provides encouragement to team members, listen the feedback from team members, communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill check.
• Handing second voice and escalation calls of the team call flow
• Experienced at On Job/ Floor training to work on the development of every member continuously
• Prepares overall collection plan for recovering the loan ensuring that appropriate action is taken to recover outstanding funds
• Analyses and monitors all assigned routes and actively works to reduce delinquency. Ensures prompt action is taken for non-payment or continued late payment;
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
• Monitor the performance of every team member to meet the standards through KPI.
• Maintain the performance records of the team and convey the same to management periodically.
• Oversee the collection of outstanding debts and ensuring it is handled appropriately and per company policy.
• Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt.
• Responsible for managing the team to work on assigned cases.
• Investigate historical data for each debt and positively encourage team members towards collections of debt payments.
• Communicate with clients to build and maintain a strong working relationship and resolve billing and customer credit issues.
• Lead by example by demonstrating the highest standards of ethical behavior.
• Implement credit policies and procedures that maintain the smooth running of the department and avoid excessive credit limits.
  

Job requirements

• Proven managerial experience to handle the team.
• The candidate should have work experience in international voice-based collections.
• The Candidate should work the night shift and get involved in the calling process.
• The Candidate must have hands-on experience in Contacting and notifying customers of delinquent accounts via telephonic conversation and solicit payment for the account.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience in US Voice process with handling of 20+ team members
• Proven track record in problem solving and improving process efficiency through strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Develop the team's talent, drive employee retention and engagement along with leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and databases.
• Comfortable working with targets and ability to manage stress.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
• Good Negotiation and Problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree
• Able to work Six days working per week & night shift
