- 2-4 Years experience in Technical Support
- Networking - Firewall, Load balancing request tracing basic troubleshooting of network failure
- AD/DNS/SSO/Authentication
- Troubleshooting of web application
- DB Concepts - SQL/Oracle
- Webservices/Rest APIS
- Log analysis- Apps logs/event logs, HTTP error codes and default ports, HTTP/HTTPS
- Experience/Knowledge of HA/DR setup
- Generic tools - Log analysis, Fidler, wireshark or any other
- Web and application server understanding
- Basics of cloud - SMB, S3, VMS
- VM and virtualization concept - Citrix, Vmware, group policy, registry, Automation scripting if any
- Internal process fit - coordination with cross-function team, ticketing tools
- Troubleshooting approach
- Communication skills
