Life, dedicated to building a comprehensive retirement ecosystem in India. Our mission is to

empower individuals to achieve a secure and fulfilling retirement by offering a range of financial

and wellness solutions. We operate through two brands: TrueFin, focusing on financial planning

and investment products like NPS, Mutual Funds, and Health Insurance; and TruePal, which

provides senior-centric health and wellness marketplace services like diagnostics, physiotherapy etc.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic product

team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge retirement and wellness solutions

that impact the lives of millions of users. As an APM, you will play a critical role in enhancing

user experience, driving product adoption, and supporting the growth of our platform. You will

collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features that address real customer

needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Problem Discovery: Apply skills from user science, analytics and business acumen to identify customer and user problems.
• User-Centric Development: Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to develop intuitive and user-friendly experiences across our TrueFin and TruePal platforms.
• Product Development: Drive the development and launch of features, ensuring they align with customer needs and business goals.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to track product performance, optimize user
  journeys, and improve conversion rates across key touchpoints.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, set priorities, and ensure timely product delivery.
• Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and identify product improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in product management, experience within fintech, insuretech, or health-tech startups preferable but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in SQL and strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• A passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex problems, with a knack for finding innovative solutions that align with user needs and business goals.
• Proven experience thriving in a dynamic startup setting, with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and drive results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management frameworks is preferred
• Experience with user engagement platforms like MoEngage, CleverTap, and/or CRM systems is a plus but not necessary.
