Sr. Associate Partner - Sales

Support and guide the virtual sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback. Collaborate with the Virtual Sales Manager in setting sales targets and monitoring team performance. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans. Conduct regular virtual team meetings and one-on-one sessions to motivate and align the team. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new virtual sales representatives. Provide ongoing product knowledge and sales training to the virtual sales team. Ensure adherence to sales processes, policies, and procedures.
