Job Description

Role & responsibilities :


  • Create and maintain a database/spreadsheet which summarizes and manages Reports
  • Sending reminders and follow up emails to Lenders
  • Performing Quality check of legal / mortgage documents (Experience in US residential documents review is an advantage)
  • Preparation of mortgage extension agreements and verifying its legal terms.
  • Send approved extension agreements to borrowers/guarantors via DocuSign
  • Follow up on status of extension agreements
  • Good experience in handling various software applications.


Preferred candidate profile :


  • BL/ ML or Any law graduates
  • Full time position
  • Ready to work in Night Shift.
  • Fluency in English (reading and writing) is must.
  • Experience in handling US legal and contract documents.
