Job Description
- Development, implementation, and customization of solution using ServiceNow GRC modules.
- Analyze business requirements for GRC solutions and develop the GRC Applications in ServiceNow
- Configure workflows for Policy Compliance, Risk Management and Audit module
- Configure and develop Workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and platform updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow GRC applications.
- Should be flexible for upskilling different skill sets
- Any Degree/ Diploma in Computer Science, Technology, Software Development, Business Information Sciences, or equivalent industry experience.
- 4-6 years hands on experience in IRM ServiceNow development.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow development, including client-side and server-side scripting.
- Proficient in creating and managing workflows, REST integrations, and email notifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, PPM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps.
- Knowledge of Virtual Agent and Integration Hub.
- Experience with Agile methodology
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and CIS are highly desirable.
