Associate / Lead - Accounts

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Coordinate with other departments to support overall business objectives.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and accounting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.COM) or Chartered Accountant (Inter).
• 8-10 years of relevant work experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software, ERP and MS Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
