Job Description
Resource to work with Fleetcor IT Compliance department as a Compliance Coordinator in performing monthly consultant termination reviews & support ongoing SOX / PCI projects
As a Compliance Coordinator the candidate should be performing following duties:
(1) Provides Administrative support by implementing IT Compliance controls, and policies, completing projects in support of compliance auditors
(2) Helps other team members in IT Compliance team by answering questions and responding requests
(3) Analyzing User access data in excel files; Data Recon between Access listings & HR Data on users to find anomalies; Reporting gaps in the data & Coordinate and track the gaps to closure
(4) Identify the gaps if any in the consultant data maintained and escalate critical issues / risks noticed if any
(5) Coordination with global regions/LoBs in keeping the Identity Data (on SailPoint IdentityNow) up to date
(6) Support seasonal user access reviews, by raising ServiceNow tickets, tracking ongoing tasks & reporting
(7) User correlation at various SailPoint sources; Organizing identities on SailPoint by segregating user accounts with non-user accounts (system or service accounts)
(8) Monitor the ongoing tasks and identify opportunities to automate the tasks to optimize the human effort involved in performing operational tasks
(9) Perform monthly Employee & Consultant termination Reviews
Mandatory Skills: Min. 2 years of experience in working with MS Office (especially MS Excel, Access DB & Using Functions/Formulae/Pivot Tables/Macros),
Preferred Skills: Programming knowledge; MS Excel Macros / Power BI, SQL, SailPoint IIQ / IDN, OneDrive & ServiceNow:
Following skills are must:
(1) Effective customer communication skills
(2) Administrative writing skills
(3) Awareness of Legal Compliance, Compliance Data Research Skills
(4) Analyzing User Access Data to identify Gaps & Report Results
(5) Coordination skills with various stakeholders (across globe) & working with team
(6) Organizing the Data for reporting
(7) Audit & General Statistical Analysis Skills
