Role & responsibilities & Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate should have experience in claims processing (from survey appointment to settlement)
• Exposure in handling Marine export and Misc claims.
• They will be responsible to appoint surveyors, interact & review the surveyors / brokers / agents as per defined TAT,
• Handling customer grievances
• Retail and / or corporate clients
• Target Companies- Broking & General Insurance

Key Requirements Education & Certification

• Education -Any Graduate;
• May have insurance qualifications like licentiate / associate
