Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct research and data analysis, to take informed business decisions to drive Business
Identify system gaps and coordinate with different teams for permanent fixes
Ownership of Renewal related process improvements and developments by coordinating with different departments in Tech/Non-Tech
Able to drive new projects as per business requirement
