Associate - Employee Experience

• Identifying critical moments in the employee experience lifecycle and supporting in designing programs to enhance the culture and engagement mandate.
  
• Driving key initiatives related to employee health and wellness across corporate and field locations.
  
• Working closely with the HRBPs or relevant teams/ stakeholders for seamless execution of all employee experience related initiatives.
  
• Supporting effective channels of communication to strengthen communication across all employees.
  
• Adhering to defined budgets for all initiatives & identifying means of improving cost efficiency in all initiatives.
  
• Assisting in driving recognition initiatives to create a culture of appreciation.
