Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Administrator with 2 to 4 years of experience in SAP on Azure SAP Technical Upgrade SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. The ideal candidate will have domain experience in Industrial Manufacturing. This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel obligations.

Responsibilities

Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP systems on Azure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

Provide technical support for SAP Technical Upgrades ensuring seamless transitions and minimal downtime.

Manage SAP S/4HANA Administration tasks including system monitoring performance tuning and troubleshooting.

Administer SAP BTP environments ensuring secure and efficient operations.

Handle SAP HANA Administration focusing on database management backup and recovery processes.

Perform NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Administration ensuring the smooth operation of SAP applications.

Execute SAP Basis Administration tasks including user management system configuration and transport management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP-related projects and initiatives.

Implement best practices for SAP system security and compliance.

Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues to maintain high availability.

Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of SAP systems.

Document and maintain system procedures configurations and troubleshooting guides.

Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to continuously improve system performance and capabilities.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of SAP on Azure and its administration.

Demonstrate expertise in SAP Technical Upgrade processes and methodologies.

Have hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Administration including system monitoring and performance tuning.

Show proficiency in SAP BTP Administration ensuring secure and efficient operations.

Exhibit knowledge in SAP HANA Administration focusing on database management and recovery processes.

Be skilled in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin ensuring smooth operation of SAP applications.

Have a solid background in SAP Basis Administration including user management and system configuration.

Possess domain experience in Industrial Manufacturing understanding industry-specific requirements and challenges.

Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Show excellent communication skills both written and verbal to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends.

Certifications Required

SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Administration (SAP HANA) with SAP NetWeaver 7.5 SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
