Associate, Client Reporting/Performance I

We re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Client Reporting/Performance I to join our Client Reporting/Performance team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID.

In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Processing and reviewing of bespoke and regulatory reports monthly, quarterly, adhoc and meeting packs for Institutional clients and client service team as per their agreement (Per the Assets managed in line with objective, benchmark, and risk restriction)
• Collecting and consolidating the data from multiple departments and applications.
• Liaising up with the CSA s regarding the review for Factsheets until the final delivery.
• Performing Quality check of standardized reports and validating to ensure completeness and accuracy of the report and communicating with respective teams/stakeholders to resolve the issues.
• Active participation in calls with stakeholders, demonstrating a focus on delivering excellent client focused service and expertise

To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:

• Bachelor s or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Experience in Investment Management and client services.
• Client focused with proven organizational skills and ability to handle high volumes within tight deadline.
• Proficiency in use of MS Excel (pivots, formulas, etc.) with the ability to quickly learn other applications like Word, Microsoft Access, and Power Point.
• Power BI and ESG reporting experience would be an added advantage.
• Sound written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen collaborator and strong cooperative skills, proficient at working closely with diverse teams.
• Should be comfortable working in evening shift.
