Our Structured Credit Investment team carries out debt funding for a portfolio of companies in the performing credit space. Our approach is based on providing lending solutions to good quality companies or groups for a specific purpose which traditional lenders are unable to address.

Were looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a knack for end-to-end deal closure, credit underwriting & monitoring and compliance.

What you will Do?

1. Deal Structuring and Execution:

• End to end deal closure including finalisation of the transaction structure, term sheet negotiation and legal documentation

2. Credit Underwriting and Monitoring:

• Perform credit analysis and due diligence on new and existing clients in the performing credit space.
• Monitor credit performance and risk factors of existing transactions.
• Assist in developing and maintaining credit risk models and frameworks.

3. Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the private credit markets.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

4. Client Interaction and Relationship Management:

• Support senior team members in managing client relationships and responding to client inquiries.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.

5. Regulatory and Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and documentation.

What makes you a Great Fit?

• A Masters degree or equivalent professional qualification in finance or business or Chartered Accountant
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in structured finance, credit analysis, or related fields in Banks/NBFCs/Credit Funds.
• Proven track record in credit underwriting, negotiating and executing debt transactions
• Good understanding of credit risk and other key aspects (e.g. legal, compliance, taxation etc) while structuring transactions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
